Who knew there was a connection?? Scientists from Harvard School of Public Health conducted a study on the connection between dairy products and fertility. The study showed that eating two or more lowfat dairy products per day increases the chance of infertility in women by 85%. However, drinking one glass of whole, organic milk per day decreased infertility by 50%. Guess what's in my fridge starting today...
The Dr. recommends switching back to lowfat dairy once achieving pregnancy due to the saturated fat content in whole milk.
There are so many of these little factoids that it's hard to keep up. Eat this; don't eat that. Drink this but not that. Take this vitamin but stay away from this herb. It's too much! I'm just trying to eat right, exercise and heed as much advice as possible.
